🌟 Junior Leadership Team | Meet Our Event Ambassadors 🌟
Meet Jamie and Sarah, our Event Ambassadors for this academic year! 👏
Here’s what they had to say about their roles:
“As Event Ambassadors at Northfield School, our role shows responsibility, leadership and trust. We must represent the school’s values and make sure every event, including Open Evenings, Parents’ Evenings, charity fundraisers, award ceremonies and sporting events, leaves a positive impression.
This involves welcoming visitors, answering questions, giving directions and making sure parents, pupils and staff feel welcome and included. We must also be confident, friendly and committed to helping every event run smoothly.
Furthermore, we must be organised, work well as a team and stay calm when problems arise. We should be able to make sensible decisions, find ways to improve events and take action without always being told what to do. Working respectfully with teachers, prefects and pupils is also important, as successful events depend on everyone working together.
Most importantly, we must set a good example and take pride in representing Northfield School, understanding that even the smallest task can make a big difference.”
