On October 17th we celebrated Harry Potter Day in the library!

 In the library our pupils solved puzzles and went hunting for pixies!

 Riddles and Scavenger Hunts

The library had set up special Harry Potter displays and a scavenger hunt to find hidden pixies using riddles as clues. Pupils solved our riddles and answered general knowledge questions about books to complete the hunt. 

Once completed, pupils were given the option to design their own dragon eggs or colour in fantastical beasts!

Pumpkin Puzzle Competition

Pupils have also been entering our pumpkin puzzle competition throughout the week to win a box of chocolates. All pupils have to do is match the pumpkin carving to its corresponding book cover to enter. Correct answer sheets submitted will be drawn on the last week of half term to award two winners!
